WINTER ADVISORY WARNING FOR THIS WEEKEND...BRRRRR, Its Getting Cold Outside

it would appear, that 2 days into this year Oklahoma will have its forst winter storm for 2015.

and this is a really bad one, or so they predict, very much like the one we had in 2008? 2009? when we had a loss of power for 12 days.
THAT was rough.
thankful tho, that we have gas heating, and my hot water tank was always filled with hot water, so when i got too cold on the outside that my insides couldt get warned, id hop in a hot shower and  warm myself up, sometimes 3 times a day.
it was freezing, well below 32 degrees most of those 12 days, and i had NO power...and was surviving on what light i could get from the sun (that was over cast by gloomy grey clouds), my days started at 6am, and went to bed at 6pm, followed the sun.
i did, have the chance to read all of Amityville Horror, and One Flew Over the KooCoos Nest.
maybe i need to stock up on some more books, lol..just in case.

they say the weathers gonna produce ice on lines, like it did before, and may snap them.
not gonna be happy if that, in fact, does happen, again.

heres what a news report had to offer for the weather update.
